New constraction apartment 2022 on the beach. It is bright and very practical. It is at the ground floor. The apartment is front of the pool - beach bar Havana. You can use the pool all day for free and after 21.00 the pool stays privet for the guests of the apartments. There is 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed at the livingroom, kitchen, bathroom and all comforts. The pool and the sea is exactly front to the apartment so you can choices for swimming to the sea or to the pool.

Close to the beach!

The house is located in the area of Ammoudara. It is very close to the mall "Technopolis" (1 minute on foot!) which is a state of the art, cultural and entertainment complex in Heraklion, Crete and offers countless entertainment options for the whole family (cinema,canteens, cafes, restaurants, playgrounds and an open-air cinema). In addition, there are many other restaurants, cafes, beach bars and creperies in the neighborhood. Of course, the beach is only 3 minutes away on foot!
