Built in 2017, Little Saltspring is a self-contained ground floor open plan home with lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bedroom with king size double bed , shower room with shower, wc and wash-hand basin. There is a private sheltered south-facing patio type garden with table and chairs, and free car parking on the premises.

Airbnb guests have the entire upstairs / first floor space, which is exclusively for your use. Access is via the shared front door and hallway. We occupy the ground floor space. Dogs can be considered upon application (hosts have cats) If approved, we politely ask that dogs are kept on lead when in grounds of the property. A quiet detached seaside retreat close to the beach and local shops. The property comprises : A stepped entrance into a spacious porch, leading into a comfortable lounge with vaulted ceiling, fully equipped kitchen, family bathroom, with freestanding bath and walk in shower cubicle, two double bedrooms, one single, private garden, off road parking. There is an annexe at the end of driveway with a single occupant +1 small dog, who requires pedestrian access only via the driveway.

Seaside Stay

Light and airy accommodation located in the seaside town of Rustington, West Sussex. The Annex is attached to the main house, but with its own front door and parking space. Close proximity to historical Arundel, with its Castle and Cathedral, Goodwood - Racecourse, Festival of Speed and Revival. Brighton and Chichester are close too. Walking on the beautiful South Downs and the Angmering and Arundel Parks and, of course, the beautiful beach at Rustington.

DAMANSARA - Themed self contained studio with own entrance set on a peaceful private sea estate short stroll along quite road to the coastal path and beaches beyond. Coastal walks, great variety of eating and drinking establishment’s nearby. Rustington village centre with its good selection of shops and restaurants is within a 15minute pleasant walk. We are located within 20 minute walk of the main line station and ten minutes from main bus route.

A light stylish apartment in a listed building with an outdoor terrace and views over the town. It is situated on the main High Street directly across the road from Arundel Castle. The location is central a step away from restaurants cafes, bars, bistros, lido and beautiful walks. The accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. There are steps up to the apartment so it is not suitable for everyone, sorry.
