The Coach House apartment is newly converted , self contained with a fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bedroom and double bed on the galleried mezzanine level with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has fibre optic wi-fi , streamed TV, and a Sonos speaker for music - you will need the app ! The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits in a courtyard of buildings in 14 acres of grounds. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

Lovely studio in the beautiful town of Malmesbury

The studio is a 10 minute walk from the centre of Malmesbury, The charming town centre has a wide array of independent shops, pubs and restaurants. The Studio is about 21 Sqm and is completely separate from the main house with its own private entrance. It includes a ground floor kitchenette with induction stove , fridge, upstairs a large open plan living/sleeping space with a separate shower room is under the eaves so please be aware if your over 6ft2 you might struggle to wash your hair .

Upper Castle Combe - Barn loft with parking.

CAR REQUIRED! The Barn loft is a first floor, self contained space above our property. (Has restricted head height) It is well situated to explore this beautiful part of Wiltshire and surrounding areas.Castle Combe village, the golf club and Castle Combe circuit are a couple of minutes away. Lacock,Corsham,Bradford on Avon and Chippenham are all within easy driving distance. Bath and Bristol are half an hour. We have 7 pubs that do food within 5 miles. Not suitable for children or babies

The Hideaway is nestled in the Wiltshire countryside on a four acre smallholding near to the foothills of Roundway Down. It is a self-contained 1st floor studio, adjacent to the hosts property, surrounded by sheep, donkeys, dogs, chickens, a pony and large African tortoise. The opportunity to feed the lambs during springtime can be arranged. Guests are welcome to use the family pool during the summer months (June-September) and the gym. Onsite yoga classes can be arranged after booking.

Explore everything it has to offer such as AA rosette restaurant ‘Wilder’ which is directly opposite the accommodation, or visit award winning seafood restaurant ‘Williams’. Elm Tree Coachhouse is set in a rural part of Somerset with easy access to Longleat,Centre Parcs, Bath, Frome,Stonehenge &Glastonbury. We are lucky to have lovely forest walks or cycling nearby ,great country pubs and the local town of Frome with its quirky shops & markets. The accommodation is modern with lovely views over the pony paddocks. A second coachhouse is also available to book which sleeps an extra 4 guests if required.
