Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, just a 5-minute walk from the city center in an absolute quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden flooring combined with modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Free use of TV, wi-fi, Playstation. Due to the old building, it is pleasantly cool, even in the hot summer days.

Relaxing flat with garden in a Yellow Artist House

After using airbnb extensively I decided to make the ground floor available for mindful travellers. This is a 500+ year old house with original retro furniture and art works. The private kitchen is a little odd and frozen in the 60’s therefore not high tech but it is functional. There is a shower room and separate toilet for your sole use and a large shared garden ! No TV, a good op for tech detox! Strictly No smoking inside the house ! The tourist tax is 3.50 per person per night

Lovely one bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,20€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input your passport information into the Austrian data base.
