*Charming studio with a great location*

A cozy and beautifully decorated studio with everything you need for your stay. The location is just great between the marina and the market square, both within walking a few minutes. The view from the windows of the apartment opens to the adjacent park. Located in an old stone house, the apartment is quiet thanks to its stunning walls, and is located on the west side of the house. Free parking, either on the street or in the harbor parking lot, where the electric car charging point is also available.

The yard building with its own yard and terrace is located in a quiet area right on the river Kymi, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. It's about a 5-minute drive to this cozy spot on E18. Solid bobsleigh logs and wooden surfaces set the tone for the sleeping and lounge area upstairs. Downstairs is a small but well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The space is in front of the door. The apartment is close to the amenities and the most beautiful hiking trails in Kotka start just next door.

Small and Compact City Home

Please read the full description before booking, please! This special property is located in the heart of downtown. The sixth-floor apartment has a sea view of the bay. The house was built in 1948, just after the Continuation War. It's a little hard to find information about its history, but at some point the house has been inhabited by the crowds who have worked in the nearby port, and it's called the “crowded house.”
