This is a 1,000 square foot apartment in an architecturally designed home. Walking upstairs to the apartment, guests will be in awe of the panoramic views of the St Lawrence River through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need for cooking and entertaining. The apartment has in-floor heating and AC throughout. Guests will enjoy a private waterfront backyard with a BBQ, fire pit and dock. Boat docking is sometimes possible to accommodate upon request.

The Grace Clark House is a renovated old farmhouse with an open floor plan surrounded by meadows and woods. The Saint Regis River is just a 5-10 minute walk from the house. Fully furnished and equipped, the house is cozy, great for solo retreats, or for small groups of people. Located 20 minutes from Potsdam, 45 minutes from Paul Smiths Visitor's Center, an hour from the ADK High Peaks, 1:45 minutes to Ottawa, and 2 hours to Montreal, it's perfect for day trips. Beautiful Scenic Riverfront Home

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom and portable AC unit in the livingroom as well as central heat.

The Cabin Retreat on Elm Street

Kick back and relax in this small cozy cabin located on Elm street just outside of Potsdam. The cabin is conveniently just minutes from Canton Potsdam Hospital, SUNY Potsdam, and Clarkson University. Sleeps up to 3 guests. There is a Queen size Sleep Number bed in the upstairs loft, and the sofa bed pulls out into a twin bed. Sip a cup of coffee and enjoy the views on the balcony.
