Relaxing flat with garden in a Yellow Artist House

After using airbnb extensively I decided to make the ground floor available for mindful travellers. This is a 500+ year old house with original retro furniture and art works. The private kitchen is a little odd and frozen in the 60’s therefore not high tech but it is functional. There is a shower room and separate toilet for your sole use and a large shared garden ! No TV, a good op for tech detox! Strictly No smoking inside the house ! The tourist tax is 3.50 per person per night

The quiet terrace overlooking the Dachstein/Krippenstein offers plenty of space (30 sqm) for relaxation. Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland.
