Accommodation : The apartment consists of a sitting area with corner sofa, flat screen, coffee table an open kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and any kitchen accessories. A dining table. Two double bedrooms, one in 160 and one in 140, bedroom with storage. A bathroom with shower cabin, washing machine, and separate toilet. Towels and sheets are provided. Wood pellet stove heating. Balconies with mountain views. The neighborhood : quiet residential area, passage only residents of the neighborhood. Apartment of 25m² on the snow front, facing south, bright and refurbished located on the 1st floor of a residence. The residence has 3 exits, 2 on the snowmobile and 1 landside. A terrace with table and chairs for sunbathing. The living room is separated by a door of the bathroom, toilet, bunk beds. A closed ski room is located on level -2. Comfortable one bedroom apartment with pool and sauna (in operation during the opening period of Risoul 1850 station, from mid-December to mid-April and in July/August. No smoking in the apartment and our pets are not allowed in this property. This apartment is located on a high floor, which ensures you an exceptional view of the Queyras Mountains and the Parc des Ecrins .....and especially not overlooked. Apartment located at the foot of the slopes.
