Rømø, Unesco area - newly renovated house with sauna

Newly renovated cottage - all new spring 2020. Lovely cottage, quietly located in Kongsmark on Rømø. Large sunny terrace surrounds the house, which everywhere is lovely bright. The house contains 2 bedrooms, nice bathroom with underfloor heating and direct access to the house's sauna, as well as well-equipped kitchen alroom and living room. Via the terrace there is access to an annex with additional sleeping space for 2 persons.Note!! During the winter months, the annex is closed, which is why the house is therefore only for 4 people from October to March.

1. Floor apartment with magnificent sea views and direct access to the beach. The apartment is newly renovated in 2021. It has its own small garden with a terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture. The apartment contains an entrance with an exit to the apartment. Bright living room with nice sea view, views to Esbjerg Harbour and Fanø. 2 good rooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Kitchen with everything in hard appliances and the ocean view. Toilet with toilet and sink. Tidy bathroom Max 1 dog, CAT NOT ALLOWED

This unique cottage is located on the idyllic wading sea island of Rømø. The house is located on a hilly natural plot with 180 degree panoramic views of meadows facing Rømø's wide white beaches. The house is sleeps 6 (+1 baby bed) as well as sauna. The house is bright and friendly and has a nice view to the west. To the house hear a lovely, large open wooden terrace with panoramic views to the southeast and west. From the ground there is direct access to a bicycle and footpath that leads to Lakolk and the wide sandy beach.

The house is situated in a great spot in the middle of the beautiful Fanø nature only 300m from the sea. The house has a ground floor and first floor and is 91m2. There is big patio in front of the house connecting the livingroom to the outside on a sunny day and a large patio at the back. On the ground floor there is a dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms (beds are 200cm long). Incredibly charming wooden house located on 5000m2 undisturbed surroundings next to scenic and protected area with heather heat. Occasionally a deer or two comes along. The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the area of Kromose. Quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 m walking distance on the trail. Enjoy morning coffee and tranquillity on one of the lovely terraces or on the covered terrace.

The house is located on a natural plot with various places to hang out and enjoy the nature. Sønderho and Sønderho Beach is within walking distance.
