Grandeur Mountain Retreat _ Perfect Ski Trip Base!

I offer my space as a sanctuary. If you live in a big city and just want to get away to somewhere quiet & clean with access to hiking, biking routes, snow shoeing, skiing or a launching point to Zion NP, this is a perfect location. You can hike and bike without getting into a car. If you are planning your IKON or EPIC ski trip or Sundance Film Festival visit this is a great location. Park City is only 20 minutes away and the home is almost equally distanced from 6 major ski resorts (EPIC,IKON).

Comfy 2-bedroom private upstairs w awesome deck.

This upstairs apartment near downtown is walking distance to U of U and 9th & 9th restaurants and light-rail stops. 2 bedrooms, washer/dryer combo, kitchen, 1 bathroom and a large outdoor deck with gas firepit / outdoor patio furniture. Family lives in main floor so not a party house, but great place for up to 4 to stay and relax. Bedroom one has a Queen & twin. Bedroom 2 bed is full size. Some rooms have pitched ceilings that are a bit short in some places. Street parking only. No pets.

We love your pets,limit 2 under 30 lbs We have the best location 30 minutes to our beautiful mountains, 1-1/2 block to Sandy TRAX Station, 5 min walk to ski bus, 20 mins to downtown SLC and Temple Square. Awesome restaurants, grocery stores close by, or cook your meals in our kitchen Outside there's a security camera and a 6' gate/fence that surrounds the property. Keypad lock on door & gate, private entrance. Enjoy our comfortable queen beds. Our shower has a never-ending supply of hot water
