Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, just a 5-minute walk from the city center in an absolute quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden flooring combined with modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Free use of TV, wi-fi, Playstation. Due to the old building, it is pleasantly cool, even in the hot summer days.

In the vicinity there are several supermarkets and the city center with the beautiful old town is only 2 minutes away on foot. There you will find several great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops... The apartment has 2 separate walk-in bedrooms and is located in the attic of a multi-part house. In addition, there is a cozy living room with a pellet stove.
