The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

The Studio-Pfauen is located on the main street, 5 min. from the center and 10 min. from the train station. It is furnished for 2 pers. and is located on the 3rd floor with private entrance. Suitable for bicycles and/or Töff drivers as our workshop is located on the ground floor. If you book 3 nights or longer with us, you will receive the Appenzell holiday card with 25 attractive free offers, as well as travel to and from Switzerland by public transport. Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Idyllic Appenzell Vacation Home with Garden

Our Hüsli is surrounded by nature, quiet and on the Alpstein hiking trail In the garden, there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fire pit and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent views and the alpine feeling can be enjoyed particularly well from the bench on the front courtyard. Inside it is nice and cozy, with tiled stove and wood stove, cozy living room and spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)

The studio is located on the ground floor of a detached house in quiet area, with separate entrance, private bathroom with shower, small kitchen and parking (+ garage for bicycles). The room is equipped with a pull-out sofa (140x200) and a single bed on raised pedestal (not suitable for small children), as well as table and chairs, wardrobe and TV. The house is located just a 5-7 minute walk from the train station and city center.

The around 400 year old farmhouse, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. The house is ideally furnished for family holidays up to 6 people. Of course, groups, couples and individuals are also welcome. The house captivates with a generous turnaround that is kept very close to nature. We provide a charming apartment in the center of Mauren. Bus stop, post office, ATM, bakery and restaurant are a less than a 5-minute walk away. Another restaurant and the village shop are about a 10 minute walk. Mauren is a great starting point for cycling, walking, hiking, swimming and/or winter sports. Beautiful apartment in heart of the Rhine Valley

A little outside the village center is our house where we are at home as hosts on the upper floor. In a few minutes on foot along the canal you are in a beautiful and idyllic landscape with a nature reserve. From this accommodation you can also reach many places in no time as the highway is only 5 minutes away. The border with the neighboring country of Austria is also reached in a few minutes.

The bright, friendly apartment has a total of 80 square meters and a beautiful garden with seating. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
