We are conveniently located just minutes from I-70 (Exit 79 E bound/Exit 85 W bound) and 30 minutes from downtown Columbus. This 2 bedroom/1 bath lower-level apartment is clean and cozy. It has a private entrance and includes a mini (non-cooking) kitchen with an assortment of snacks, tea, and coffee, a living room furnished with a reclining sofa, pool table, electric fireplace, TV, and an outdoor patio area. We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. We live on a quiet 5 acre lot in the country, 1 mile north of I-70 and offer a 1,200 sq. ft. lower level apartment with private access through the garage. No cleaning fee charged. Space includes 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 single bed), kitchen, living room, bath and access to the backyard. Coffee, tea and snack are provided. Stores and restaurants are within 10-15 min., 1 mile to a Columbus metro park, 20 minutes from downtown and 25 minutes to the airport.
