NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous central and railway station proximity (10 minutes walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state garden display area.

The Kaiserfleckerl was completed in 2021. When designing the house, and in particular, the sustainability and the love for the detial were particularly important. With two bedrooms and a sofa bed, it is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends. The gondola in the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area can be reached in 5 minutes by free ski bus or by car. 100 years old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt with us at the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a thermal solar system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The homely small house (75 m²) served us as a residence for 10 years.
