Positioned in the centre of Warrnambool at the end of the Great Ocean Road. Only 5 min walk to the nearest pub and lighthouse theatre. Our house is walking distance to the beach, variety of playgrounds and beautiful walks at Lake Pertobe and of course the local Pubs. Only 2 min to the nearest pub and lighthouse theatre. Enjoy you breakfast on the patio you can cook yourself or just walk across the street to the bakery for some fresh bread ( not open sundays )
