Chatenet is a restored farmhouse, 2 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom,10 min drive from the N10, perfectly situated for house hunting, 3 minute drive to town Sauze-Vaussais, lots of parking free WIFI. Rooms have private bathrooms. fitted kitchen patios,sun loungers bbq etc.Large pool shared with our B&B.Please note on occasion there is low level train noise,do not let this deter you from booking this property,high speed TGV trains that pass quickly, they do not run through the night

Adorable stone house in historic village.

This idyllic French stone house can sleep up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a large living room with a woodburner, a fitted kitchen with a large dining table and two shower rooms, one on each floor. The rear bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the garden with a ruined abbey and the Charentaise countryside beyond. Outside there's a summer kitchen, a small terrace and a lawned garden. The village has a delightful cake shop, a popular restaurant, artisanal stores and a museum.
