Find world-renown skiing and hiking up the Cottonwood canyons to the right, or turn left to explore downtown. Park City is just 35-minutes away via scenic Parley's Canyon. Or stay in — craft meals in a fully-stocked and modernized kitchen and cozy up by the wrap-around retro fireplace to relax after dinner. And if you're working remote, 200mbps 5Ghtz WiFi will make those video calls as smooth as butter. We wanted to make our ideal, luxury SLC getaway... and this is it! We completely renovated this 1959 house to give it the modern features we couldn't live without, while still keeping a timeless, retro style. This is for the entire, separate upstairs apartment, which features 3 bedrooms each with queen beds, and 1.5 baths – so it's perfect for the whole fam! Our favorite feature – the cozy, wrap-around fireplace...perfect for a warm night in while it snows. And the deep-soak tub is a close second. The place also has a new, modernized kitchen, separate washer and dryer, and of course dedicated private front & back entrances. You'll be able to access the property with a unique code on our keyless locks. Also please feel free to enjoy the big backyard! There's outdoor seating and a grill. Plus we have lots of grass to hang out, play catch, lounge, etc. Parking is on the street in front of the house. Please try to avoid parking in front of our neighbors if you can – there is room for 3 cars. We live in the basement with our own separate entrance, so most of the time we probably won't see you (unless you want to say hi!) That said, we're always just a message or knock away should you need anything. And if we're out of town, our co-host Celina lives just a few minutes away in case of emergencies. This upstairs unit of our home is in the leafy Salt Lake City suburb of Millcreek, located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a cul-de-sac with no through-traffic. Just off Highland Drive, its easy to access all Salt Lake has to offer. Get to the airport in 20 minutes, downtown in 15, and the canyons in 20. Plus the home is surrounded by restaurants and shopping, even with coffee shops within walking distance. Should you need anything, the hosts are nearby. You'll be close enough that you'll typically drive city and side streets to get everywhere. That said, the I-215 and I-15 freeways are 7 minutes away if you want to go farther faster. Plus local bus routes surround our home – A 5-minute walk to the nearest stop and you can get literally anywhere.

Riverside Grouse Creek Inn Right on The Eagle River

Listen to the burbling river from the private hot tub to a mountain backdrop, while the deep jetted tub in the main bathroom is an equally welcome sight. The gourmet kitchen has a Viking stove, while the wood-rich interior includes 2 gas fireplaces. New luxury king mattress and bed in the main bedroom! This property used to provide the "Rooms on the River" when it was part of the Minturn Inn on Main street. Now this coveted spot is all for you. Tucked out of the way on a quiet street it's the perfect place to relax after a hard day of mountaineering. The apartment consists of the great room and the master bedroom suite. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bedside fireplace, en-suite bathroom with jetted bath tub, glass shower and hot tub right outside your bedroom door. The main room contains a queen bed with privacy curtains which has direct access to the main bathroom and shower. The main room also contains a full gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, round table that seats 6, 50" tv with cable, and pull out sleeper sofa. The apartment opens directly out to the yard right on the river. The entire apartment is private including private entrance. The yard is shared with us, however we rarely use it since our children prefer the front/street side of the house where they can ride their bikes! My wife or I will often be out fly-fishing in our backyard river in the summer evenings. We're happy to share the space and tell you what's biting! Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair accessible. Or even high-heel accessible. Boots are recommend to walk through the shoveled path that takes you to the riverside entrance. There is a rope handrail to help guide you but you must be sure-footed. Our family of four live in the completely separate upstairs. I'm normally available for anything that comes up, but do not want to impede on your relaxing riverside vacation. Minturn is a small ski town away from the bustle of Vail and Beaver Creek. Stroll to several restaurants, a winery, quaint gift shops, a record store, and perhaps the best fly shop in the mountains. Ski, raft, and mountain bike just minutes away. There is free parking in the driveway. There is a bus stop a 3-minute walk away that will take you to Vail for $4. Ubers and taxis are also available. Our home and property is non-smoking. No pets please. Pack n' Play with fitted sheet in unit. Ironing board/iron, fan, extra blankets, picnic basket/backpack, hair dryer in each bathroom.

As you enter, you will be greeted by the large living room and beautiful kitchen with a pull out coach, fire place, and Smart TV, where you can relax watching cable. The full kitchen has everything to cook your own meals with a full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plenty of table/counter space, a Keurig coffee machine with k-cups, a table and four chairs. The living room is connected to the bedroom giving a studio like feeling, with a comfortable queen bed, and a closet. In the first bathroom on the main floor you will be able to find a beautiful glass shower with a washer and dryer. To make life easy, we have laundry soap, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. There are a set of stairs in the living area that lead up to the second bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs, spacious bedroom has two comfortable twin beds, with separate reading lamps. Off of the upstairs bedroom there is a second full bathroom, with a large beautiful bath tub. Other amenities include high speed Wi-Fi for all you work/entertainment needs as well as heating & Air Conditioning to keep you comfortable all year round. The center piece of the living room is Womb lounge chair designed by Eero Saarinen (the same designer of the St. Louis Arch) and our gray sectional sofa from Article. Please help yourself to Netflix on our 70" 4k TV. In the kitchen you'll find a marble tulip table (also designed by Eero Saarinen) The table seats 4 guests and the kitchen island seats an additional 3. We have a fully stocked kitchen with glasses, mugs, pots, pans, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, and cooking knives from Chicago Cutlery. You'll have the entire space to yourself! We'll be available 24/7 to answer any questions, make recommendations, and make sure you're comfortable. We love St. Louis and want to make sure you have the best time possible. The neighborhood is close to all of the attractions in the most desirable area of downtown. The main grocery store is a half block away with the best-rated restaurants nearby, too. There's also an excellent coffee shop just down the street. The nearest metro station entrance is just 2 blocks away. Additionally Uber and taxi options are plentiful. If you're bringing a car we recommend using the parking garage above the grocery store OR the metered street parking out front. It's free after 7pm and all Sundays.

Luxury and Light in Breckenridge

A beautiful mountain escape with a 10 person hot tub! Only 1.5 miles up the mountain from downtown. This home features all new construction with beautiful attention to detail. There are three floors, all with their own cozy sitting area. The steam room, soaking tub and hot tub are just a few of the many features that make this home an extreme luxury. The house sits on a beautiful wooded lot with wild flowers and a rocky stream cascading down the backyard as well as trails right outside!
