Welcome to Kyrkenäs, our idyllic house by Näshult that we rent out from 2022 when we are not there ourselves. The house is located all by itself in the forest and right by its own forest lake with a jetty, sauna and boat. Popular sandy beach just 1 km away 10 km to Åseda city with shops and public transport The house is newly renovated and modernly decorated with good facilities. Guesthouse at 35m3 and loft approx. Each own house is next to it. The house is only available for two adults. We live 10 km from Borgholm. The guesthouse is located on 2.5 hectares of private forest land. Price p/night is incl. Bed linen and swimming, kitchen towels. Arrival after 3pm departure before 10am. Our guests are not allowed to accommodate their own guests. There is no electric car charging at the guesthouse. The nearest charging area can be found in Köpingsvik (6km). Guests leave the guesthouse clean after themselves.

Welcome to rent our cozy cottage right by the sea on the island Oknö outside Mönsterås. The location is fantastic about 80 meters to the beach. You are close to a number of beaches on the island and there are two campsites on Oknö and a restaurant. You have about 8 km to Mönsterås which has several different shops and restaurants and a water palace. At the E22 pattern ridge you also have a golf course and a candy factory. You can also enjoy the tranquility of our large garden of about 2500sqm with the owner and enjoy the view.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! I rent out my cabin at 43m. Fully equipped for 4 people. Free wifi in the cabin. The cottage is very nice and overlooks the Blue Virgin. It is about 1 km to the nearest grocery store and pizzeria. First Camp is a 4 star camping located about 500 meters away from the cottage. There are nice swimming opportunities, playground, mini golf course, canoe, bike rental and restaurant. You clean the space yourself. A cleaning fee will be charged if you don't clean before checkout. Bed linen and towels are not included.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The horses are your closest neighbours and the large plot provides the opportunity for both play and relaxation. Go for a walk in the woods or take the car to one of the bathing spots that are nearby. In the evening, you can start the barbecue and enjoy the sunset over the treetops while the children play cube in the garden. The cottage is peacefully located with its own jetty, large nature plot with the sea as the closest neighbor. The house is 54 sqm + sleeping loft and is pleasant to stay in all year round. 1 room and kitchen/living room, 4+2 beds. Refrigerator, freezer dishwasher microwave, oven, wood-fired stove and TV.
