Large Beachfront Holiday Escape 30 min to Wgtn CBD

Large private getaway within a family home. Guests enjoy a private entrance from driveway; a large private lounge which also has a double bed, a private double bedroom with queen bed, a private bathroom and kitchenette. Cosy heating and electric blanket. Across the road is a safe swimming beach, a children's playground and summer pool. You can walk for miles on this beach enjoying the stunning views of Wellington city and the South Island mountain ranges. We are 3 mins walking distance to shopping and cafe precinct of the seaside Eastbourne village. (Supermarket, Library, Doctor, Pharmacy, Dentist, Hairdresser Beautician, Massage, Deli, Cafes, Fruit Shop, Gelato, (Two cafes do delicious frozen meals.) all within 3 mins walking distance. 10 min walk to Days Bay, a stunning beach that has a Ferry to the CBD. The East by West Ferry takes 25 mins. (eastbywest co nz) Kayaks and bikes are at Days Bay in summer to hire. (bike shed pencarrow com) (the boatshed days bay com) Buses go every 30 mins to Wellington City and Lower Hutt city. There are bikes to hire at Burdens Gate for a flat coastal ride to twin lighthouses and stunning views down to South Island. (bikeshed pencarrow com) We are 4 mins walk to an entrance of the National Park with extensive and beautiful bush walks. Quiet family of 3 live at the property but guests enjoy all private amenities in separate apartment within the home. Continental breakfast provided. Families are welcome.

Luxury Suite Enjoying Spectacular Sea Views and Sunsets

We have an array of things to do with local cafes, fishing club, kayaking, paddle boarding, golf and tennis clubs, and great walks all on our doorstep. Want to do a day trip to the Wairarapa region we can help. The apartment is totally self contained and has its own private access. It also enjoys its own deck, luxury bathroom and kitchen. A king sized bed is the icing on the cake. We can provide meals as required. We can help you with any travel planning throughout New Zealand - and arrange your itinerary. We can take you on day trips to our local wine region if desired and drop off and pick you up from the central city of tequired. Nothing is too much trouble. If you would like a picnic packed we can do that too. Set in a modest seaside village outside of Wellington, the property is a short walk or drive away from a number of cafes, pubs, and acclaimed fish and chips spots. The beach is just steps away. We are a 25 minute train ride to central Wellington or the kapiti coast. We have kayaks, bikes, fishing gear, paddle board available.

Admire the stunning harbour views that take in the harbour entrance, the Eastern Hills and Wellington City's coastal suburbs. On a fine day the Kaikoura range peaks can be seen. Suitable for 1 or 2 people, the annexe is a lovely space with a kitchenette and full bathroom. Access road is steep and narrow:)

Plates, glasses, cutlery provided. 3 min walk to train station & bus stops. Local supermarket, Subway outlet, and bakeries nearby. Only 15 mins (off peak), by car, to the Ferry terminals and Wellington City. Ideally located close to Lower Hutt City parks, the Queensgate mall, restaurants, cinema and event venues. Peaceful Attractive Belmont Studio Apartment

Separate from the main house, this cute studio is perfect for two. It has exposed beams with a chapel ceiling, but a cottage feel. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed. A kitchenette with the basics for preparing light meals, with a table for two. Outside, a private sunny patio with another table for two for the morning coffee or afternoon drink. The bathroom has a huge claw-foot bath for the end of day relax. Shower is over the bath. 13 stairs. Unlimited fibre, Chrome-cast, UE boom

Near new 3 Bedroom two storey townhouse just 1 minute walk from Petone's famous Jackson St with over 60 restaurants cafes and bars. A 5 minute walk to the beach, round the corner to multiple bus routes or a 15 minute walk for a 12 minute journey into Wellington. The house is very quiet and secure, is beautifully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Gas central heating and heat pump to keep you warm. 2.5 tiled bathrooms. A new home recently built on the Petone foreshore. A short walk to shops, restaurants and cafes, Lighthouse cinema, art galleries and of course the beach. Buses close by and the train station to Wellington about 10 minutes walk. The purpose built accommodation is on the ground level with the owners living above. Guests will have their own separate entrance. The unit consists of one queen sized bedroom, kitchenette, lounge/dining room and bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
