The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

A few minutes walk from the central station, it is located in the most beautiful district of Untermhaus between the river and the city forest! All pictures hung in the apartment are originals from local, regional and European artists and can be purchased! A washing/drying machine is purchased at the next rental of 1 month or more.

Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket on the other side of the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.
