It takes about 50-60 min to drive from Akureyri to the house. It takes about 5-6 hours to drive from Reykjavík to Láfsgerði

Charming rural cabin for couples, outdoor shower

The cabin is 15 m2 and is a hidden nugget in our garden overlooking the fjord opposite Akureyri. The cabin was completed in April 2020. There is a kitchenette with a kettle, microwave and fridge. The WC is separate inside with a hand basin. The cabin is private and there is a half wrap around deck to enjoy the evening views and midnight skies. There is an outside shower with hot water for a natural experience.
