In 100 meters, you'll find a bus stop that takes you to the center of the boat in 35 minutes, and it's even faster (25 minutes) by car. Within 300 meters of shopping center, several markets, cafes, bar. 250 meters to the main street. Great choice for families, thanks to 40 M2 and a separate bedroom, large bathroom, free parking in the backyard of the tenement house.
