Lake Constance and park 10 min, train 12 min, clinics Schmieder 5 min, Konstanz by car or train 15 min. 35m² space for you alone, private bathroom, tea pantry with fridge, microwave, DeLonghi capsule machine, kettle, dishes. You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New building in 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You were friendly and inspiring. Time-out in Wöschhüsli

The Wöschhüsli with built in 1861 offers a dreamy accommodation for singles and couples in a good location. The two rooms measure about 40m2 and the outdoor area in the yard and garden is gladly used. The mini kitchen with small fridge and two hotplates is well equipped for an extensive, warm breakfast. The location is absolutely central, close to the lake, close to the old town of Konstanz and an ideal starting point for bike shopping bathing sightseeing tours.

Lovingly furnished apartment near the center

Thanks to its central location, you can reach the city center in a few minutes and in about 15 minutes you are at beautiful Lake Constance. The apartment is bright and comfortably furnished with modern shower and kitchen so nothing stands in the way of your relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle and toaster. Dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, spices and much more can be found as well. We look forward to hosting you

Charming and cozy cottage

We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small and cozy cottage, 50m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are comfortable 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The house has a kitchen and a small bathroom 1.8m². The kitchen has a 4-burner stovetop and an oven underneath. Shopping is available in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km. Lake Constance and Constance can be reached in 10 minutes.

ELW, approx. 20sqm, in a quiet residential area, right next to the forest and yet central. The accommodation is provided on a 160x200cm wide bed. Kitchenette with fridge, 2 hotplates and dining area, as well as a private bathroom. Your friends or family can rent the "Naturefriends and City Lovers No. 2" one-bedroom apartment at the same time. Between harbor and beach

Lovingly furnished, cozy 2-room apartment in a beautiful and idyllic location on the lake between the harbor and the beach in Wallhausen, with lots of charm and leisure opportunities. The apartment was equipped in 2020 with a new bathroom and a new kitchen, has a separate access with covered terrace and a parking space right next to the apartment. We look forward to seeing you!
