Nice family townhouse close to the city.

This is our beloved townhouse, built 2016, in Aspudden, just 12 min away from Stockholm Central Station and with walking distance to lake Mälaren. Its spacoius, with open social areas. There is a terrace on the ground floor with morning sun and a balcony on the upper floor with sun in the evening. From here you get a great view over the city. There are toys and things to play with for your kids. Aspudden is a cozy neighbourhood with cafés, a great bookstore, super-market and parks/playgrounds.

“Very nice townhouse in quiet Örby's villa area, only 15 minutes from Älvsjö and Högdalens metro. Well planned, cozy and access to nice garden. Congratulations on the street parking with plenty of places . Downstairs: Kitchen/living room, bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Exit to the patio with a grill and seating areas where the sun shines almost all day . Upstairs: two bedrooms, both with a double bed, a big bathroom with a bath, and a shower. Small corner for office.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. There is room for up to 9 people, about room for children, study, living room. On the upper floor there is a bathroom with bathtub and downstairs there is a toilet and shower room. All rooms have double beds. Vällingby Centrum with lots of shops is 1 km away, there are buses there if you do not want to walk . Vällingby Centrum also has a subway station that goes directly to Stockholm Central.
