The cabin in Åsen

Small cottage with charm at Øståsen in Vikersund. 40 min walk upwards from the parking lot. Here there is simple life without electricity and water. The road up is a nice trip, a bit heavy some lots. Recommend going upstairs before dark. Remember good shoes and warm cloths. At the top, the prize awaits, flat and nice with lovely views:) Bunk bed in kitchen, sofa bed in living room. Remember sleeping bag+pillowcase, bed sheets are in the cabin. *Road fee NOK 50,- *Remember drinking water! Dishwashing water is available in the cabin *storm kitchen/portable *Outhouse

Here are both fishing and bathing options Rowboat on site. The cottage has a simple standard with an outhouse, no electricity or running water, but drinking water is available on site. Propane and wood included in the price. Gravel road is used for parking space. Here it is 50kr in tolls It is about 150 meters to walk from the parking lot to the cabin.

Charming apartment building from 1860

Bungalow from 1860 that has been refurbished so that old meets new. Brand new bathroom with large bathtub with lion feet where you can stretch out completely. Private shower if you'd rather use it. There is also a washer and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood stove which is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 pieces. There can also be an extra pair of guest beds and there is the possibility to sleep on the couch so there is room for many.

Løvheim by Skrim - A unique experience of tranquility

Løvheim stands by itself on a look inside the forest. It is still bright and has a great view to Skrimfjella. Løvheim is unique, has character, and has a lot of great details outside and inside. The outside panel has profiled edges and the wind skis have wood-cut touches. Stairs and entryways have elaborate occupancy of breakage slate. The kitchen decor is handmade by Svartor with carvings. There are beams and cotton paint on the ceiling. The countertops are made of French marble. It's a road all the way up.
