Hiking trails are available right in front of the house Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage ensure relaxation & coziness. In summer, the swimming lake with beach invites you to swim & water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'To the beautiful view' can be reached in two minutes (100m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Due to the open living concept you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere, only the bathroom with shower and toilet is separated by a door. From the living room you enter the terrace. Our newly renovated cabin is about 50 square meters. It is free in the garden with a small meadow usable for our guests behind the cabin. The log cabin includes a large, bright main room with kitchen dining table and sofa corner with television, a high sleeping level with double bed, a terrace and of course a bathroom with shower. Wifi included. Terrace and the seating area in front of the cabin are suitable for a cozy chat.
