The small apartment (34 m²) can be booked for 2 to 4 people and has a living-bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. Crib can be added on request. A large garden with seating areas and sunbathing lawn can also be used. Smaller pets allowed. Wi-Fi is available.

Our beautiful, sun-drenched cottage is built in wooden construction and offers everything a family or a small tour group needs. A fully equipped open kitchen, four spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sunny terraces, a large garden and a double carport. The house has underfloor heating and is completely accessible, including the showers. The outskirts location offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding elevation trains of the Weser Uplands, the Ith and the Kanstein.

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the centre of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and restaurants as well as all shopping facilities are within walking distance. The castle of Corvey as a UNESCO World Heritage Site is just about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the bike path R1, just about 500 meters from the apartment. Direction Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake area with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction!

Mono im Teuto

„Mono" steht mitten im Teutoburger Wald. Hinterm Zaun ist nur noch Grün... Das Haus ist eigentlich kein Haus, sondern ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

The house was built exclusively with ecological materials and furnished with solid wood furniture, including pine wood. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry toilet. House is part of a small tiny house holiday settlement (four houses). The attic of this quarry stone house , built in 1865, was completely newly built . It has a wonderfully quiet location with views of fields and trees ! Getting to rest is guaranteed here! Within walking distance you can reach the golf course and a lake around which you can walk or jog wonderfully. Bike tours can be easily planned from here from here... It is about 5 km to the beautiful old town
