Newly built villa private by a lake

Relax in this quiet home and enjoy lake views and nature. Here you live in a completely newly built single storey villa with large windows and giant sliding doors to the lake. The house has a fireplace and underfloor heating throughout the house. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 room with sofa bed. Open plan living room and kitchen with stunning views. In front of the house there is a terrace of about 75 m2 where part is a cozy patio under the roof. Washing machine and TV are available from May 2024. Uppsala 30 min and Heby in 15 min by car.

Welcome to our cottage in the woods where a hearty breakfast is included! It's in the cabin so there's no time to fit, eat what and when you want. The cabin is secluded and has a small kitchen with most things you need, private toilet with shower and a comfy sofa bed. All bed linens, towels and cleaning are included. Large TV with chromecast and fast WiFi as well as books and games to pass the time with. If you are looking for a cozy and cozy cottage where care has been put into the details, we think you will enjoy your stay with us!

Cheerful house in Salinge

Welcome to a spacious cottage and an annex in the green Uppland. Here you have a view of fields and grazing horses. Near the house goes Upplandsleden past with nice hikes in berry and mushroom fields. Ten minutes walk to the charming Mörtsjön lake with prepared bathing area and four kilometres to the larger bathing area at Tenasjön. We have outdoor toys, barbecue, hammock and large terrace with infrared heating for comfortable days. Cold days there is a fireplace and sauna in the main house. Four beds in each house.

Small cottage in the countryside

A small cosy cottage on the countryside, in summer surrounded by fields, cows, vegetable land and wheat field. In the winter you have a beautiful view of the landscape. In the cabin, there is a wood stove, and there is wood, the kitchen is built, and there is also a newly built bathroom. Here you can take it easy, study for the next exam, or drink tea in front of the fire. In the area there are plenty of small farm shops where you can easily get by car. 500 meters to bus stop and 1 km to grocery store.

Nature outside the door offers beautiful sand beaches, rich fishing waters, cross-country trails, mtb trails and many other outdoor activities. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, large terrace and possibility to rent for a small aluminum boat at the nearby campground for caravans. There is a canoe (not kayak) belonging to the cabin, which belongs to the cabin, a couple of life vests.
