Modern country home (entire lower level, 1200 sq. feet) with magnificent views of the West Elk Mountains. Excellent internet (fiber optic) that runs at about 145 mbps. The area is well known for dark skies and great star gazing. Unlimited outdoor activities, superb wine tasting at local vineyards and easy access to Telluride, Aspen and Crested Butte. Very private space in lower level with walkout patio. Spacious bedroom has one queen bed. Two twin beds are in the oversized common space.

Off street parking, walking distance to Main Street shops, Western Campus, restaurants, and grocery. Open layout with lots of sunshine and views of the Gunnison Valley. One block to bus stop to Crested Butte, 30 minutes to the north. Central location perfectly suited for a basecamp to adventure in the Gunnison Valley.
