Our house sits on a quiet short street in town. It is a cozy, CLEAN, beautiful, three-bedroom, two-bath home, child-safe with closed in backyard. There is an electric fireplace. A bonus room can be used as a laptop friendly office space. A fully equipped kitchen contains basic appliances, Keurig, and more. Backyard has privacy fence/grill. Front door has Ring doorbell with audio/camera. Strong wifi throughout. Smart TV in living room. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. NO CLEANING FEE!

Modern Contemporary Lake House in the Kisatchie Nation Forest. House over looks lake and has access to boathouse and boats. Great Fishing and hunting. Relax on the deck. This two story smart home has extravagant bathrooms. Kitchen fully equipped and has double ovens and double dishwashers. It is a beautiful Lake house with lots of trees. Klos Kabin is equipped with a Ring Doorbell, located outside the front entry, facing the street. There are no cameras inside the house. No parties allowed.

The house is furnished throughout, including a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen contains basic appliances, a coffee bar and more. Modern home in the country with 1.4 acre lot!

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. The home is set up specifically for Air B&B. It has all new bedding, mattresses, blinds, granite counters, paint, USB plug in lamps, and more. I have help locally. If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.

Quiet & Cozy 3 bedroom home - Excellent location

Located in the heart of Deridder, yet outside of the noise and traffic, our home is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by giant oak trees. 5 minutes from nearly "everything"- Walmart, a host of great eateries, a nice park with plenty of easy walking trails, and more! Although we have no TVs in the house, we offer fast & free WiFi for easy streaming on all your devices. We do ask that there is no smoking and no parties held at or around the property.
