This lovely cottage sits on 90 acres featuring gardens, fruit groves, forest, and the Hoosic River. Spectacular views of Mt Greylock. Your own gracious living space with very well equipped kitchen, private deck, entrance, garden, country roads for dog walks, forests, meadows, mountain streams, stone walls, tranquility. The cottage is attached to the main house but is a "separate" entity and again has its own private entrance as mentioned above. No smoking in the cottage please but on the deck just fine. Private converted first floor barn apartment in a New England home next to the Green River. Comfortable with unique furnishings and back door to river patio. Sleeps 1-2 comfortably. Can accommodate 4 with the extra sleeper tri-fold mattress, (Best for 1-2 smaller children). Private full bath. Great for 1-2 adults or a family with smaller children. Due to Coronavirus we are doing extensive disinfecting and allowing for 72 hours between bookings.
