Small cozy wooden house located secluded and without neighbors, on the water's edge of Aabenraa fjord, surrounded by its own forest and with small stream clanging along the house. The house is 50 m2. Furnished with kitchen living room, bedroom with double bed, small room with 2 bunks (194 cm long), toilet and shower. Outdoor shower and large deck overlooking the water. NEWLY RENOVATED 2021 With our charming summer house you get one of Kegnæs's finest locations directly on the water, out to the beautiful beach meadow with swimming beach and bathing bridge. The large wooden terrace by the house allows you to find space in the sun at all times of the day, as well as enjoying your morning coffee while the ships pass by on Flensburgfjord. The light, water, and beautiful nature are absolutely magical on this part of Sydals. Walking and biking, fishing, kayaking and dinghy and kitesurfing are popular activities.

Our newly built courtyard houses two identical holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area, and a cosy corner. There's TV and wifi. Baby cot rental or extra guest bed available for children. Each apartment has a private terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city center and only 1.5 km to the airport.

Lotte. Right at the Schlei!

"Lotte", the big sister of "Liese" in the same house. Both in the picturesque arnis. The 2023 completely renovated maisonette was provided with a no-frills furnishings. On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof truss, a (children's)bedroom, a bathroom and a guest toilet. In addition, a generous sleeping loft. Over the courtyard of the house it goes into the garden - it extends to the Schlei. You can swim and relax wonderfully at your own jetty.

The house consists of living room with open kitchen and dining area for 6 people. 1 bedroom with new elevation bed 140x200, 2 rooms with 1 bed 140x200. The house is heated with a new heat pump. Outside is a large uncovered terrace with dining area, sun loungers and fire pit. In addition, a large garden with plenty of space. Close to shopping and with the most amazing nature, as well as only a 10 min walk to the beach.

Magical fishing kates in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village is one of the oldest houses (built about 1728). It has been restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic Fischerkate with modern comforts. This resulted in two duplex apartments with a lot of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The ground floor impresses with its characteristic, exposed wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.
