Apartamentul este situat intr-o zona superba, inconjurata de verdeata, la 7 minute de Aeroportul International Iasi si, in acelasi timp, la 8 minute de Palas, principala zona de relaxare, shopping si entertainment din Iasi. Apartamentul are 1 dormitor si un living cu Smart TV, Internet Wi-Fi gratuit si Netflix, iar bucataria este complet utilata. Gradina va ofera un spatiu generos de relaxare, iar locul de joaca pentru copii se afla langa bloc. Parcarea este in garajul subteran al blocului.
