Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the Kreisstraße between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior design is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of timber and exude a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom facing south, living room with French Balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes over daily maintenance in consultation). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible by arrangement any time of the day.

The 2 room apartment is 60 square meters and is located in a quiet one-way street. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a quiet bedroom with an 800 sqm garden. Just as quickly as at the cathedral you are also in the city and the hiking trail on the Gera starts at the end of the road. For my guests there is an espresso machine & a small supermarket is around the corner. The apartment is friendly and cozy, has a good atmosphere and is also suitable for a longer stay.

Modernly equipped quiet renovated attic apartment in the 3 bunkhouse. Bedroom, kitchen-living room, bathroom (shower, toilet). Practically furnished, without frills. Quiet location on a side street, but conveniently located for traffic. Historic old town and train station can be reached quickly in about 20 minutes on foot or by tram very close by. Proximity to Steigerwald, stadium, ice sports halls, country day, Thuringia Hall.

The property is located in the heart of Erfurt. Located right behind the town hall on the water. It is a very quiet but very central , high-quality furnished and renovated accommodation. To the tram at the fish market is only 200 m. Everything your heart desires is in the immediate vicinity. A beautiful terrace completes the whole. The listed and traffic-calmed downtown offers no or payed parking.
