Villetta indipendente con terrazza privata con meravigliosa vista mare. La casa è assolutamente esclusiva per posizione e varietà di spazi privati a disposizione, ha infatti due terrazze e uno spazioso giardino dotato di parcheggio. La posizione è davvero privilegiata, in contesto residenziale verde e silenzioso a nemmeno 100mt dalla spiaggia a 2 minuti a piedi. Ideale per amanti della privacy, per un soggiorno da sogno con affacci sul mare, cullati dal canto dei gabbiani e dalla brezza marina.

Our place is called IL CAVOLO NERO. We are inside the tuscany national park Inside our organic little farm we have 3 cozy and comfortable apartments just 1 km away from the beach of Seccheto and 3 km away from the beaches of Cavoli and Fetovaia. The apartments are situated in Vallebuia, a valley overlooking the splendid beach of Seccheto. The apartments are perfect for those who love the beach but also nature and countryside. It's a really good position for hiking,biking and climbing.

You will love the outdoor spaces full of relaxed areas nestled in the Mediterranean scrub and the beautiful sea view that you can enjoy in absolute tranquility. In addition, the house is furnished with care and equipped with every comfort. My place is good for companies , couples, and families with kids who are no longer old.
