Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Typical independent and welcoming Alsatian house at the foot of the Vosges du Nord, on the edge of the forest in the heart of a small Alsatian village. You will find in the heart of the village three restaurants as well as a bakery, grocery store with fresh bread every morning (except Sundays). You will appreciate the proximity of Saverne (city of roses). Immediate access to the motorway (5 minutes) allows you to be 30 minutes from Strasbourg (European Capital). No pets.

The property is located at the beginning of the Saverne pedestrian area. You can easily access bars, restaurants, shops. As well as Château des Rohan at a few steps. You will be ideally located during the seasonal festivities (beer festival, music, carnival, Christmas market). Close to train station and free parking nearby. 31m2 studio ideal for a couple, including a living room with a king size bed, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

If the Z3 is already booked, feel free to try the Z1;) Come and let yourself be lulled by the sounds of nature and light, in this unique cocoon in the middle of trees. Thinking to be as small as possible, but also as habitable as possible, it is a small haven of peace for 2 people. Attention steep trail to access it:) We have firm reservations in place due to no-fee cancellations, but we remain open to discussion if anything goes wrong:)

Happiness house with garden sauna & fireplace ..hyggelig

We rent a beautiful house with about 120 square meters away from stress and hustle and bustle. With great wellness bath and sauna house in the forest. The house is located about 1km away from Lviv in the middle of the forest. There is a fireplace stove, a freestanding bathtub and spa shower. The beds are comfortable box spring beds. The second bedroom is on the basement floor and has small slabs. Fireworks and parties do not work for us.
