We offer a quiet, furnished one-bedroom apartment with sunny terrace for 1 to max. 2 people (bed 1.40 x 2.00 m and sofa bed). A kitchenette with sink, fridge and kettle, microwave (with baking function) is available. Free Wi-Fi. Cheap transport connections directly at the A81/B27. Excursion destinations, e.g. at Lake Constance, can be reached in 30-45 minutes in 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, good shopping in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) can be reached in 5-10 minutes by car.

Small apartment in the countryside

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Beautiful old apartment in Trossingen

Beautiful heirlooms combined with new & modern furniture. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in an old building. In the spacious bedroom there is also a workplace with lots of daylight. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine in the bathroom, the toilet is separate and the sofas can easily be converted into a bed. The apartment is perfect for a few nice days privately or for business in Trossingen. On foot, you can reach the shops in 2 minutes.
