Walk to the Beach From Family Villa With a Pool, Spa & Gym

Watch waves reach shore while sunbathing on a rooftop terrace—or lounge in one of several shaded areas with ocean views. Generously sized interior spaces are done in an elegant colonial Caribbean style, with spa-like bathrooms and a massive kitchen. The entrance to Villa Surgawi is through a huge pivot doorway and onto a timber bridge over a water feature. Once over the ornamental pond you find yourself in a large tropical garden, home to many varieties of palms, heloconias and colorful plants like the ginger plants and mango tree. To the left of the entrance is the gym and the billiard room. On the first floor above is the sixth bedroom, called the spa bedroom, that was newly completed in June 2018. Ground Floor The ground floor consists of two spacious double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. One of these has its own en suite bathroom and the second shares the bathroom with the adjoining twin room. A guest powder room and a living room are located further around the verandah. The large dining area opens out onto the verandah, ideal for both indoor and outdoor entertaining. This is complimented by a Bose home stereo system which is piped to all open areas of the villa and controlled remotely making it possible to listen to music poolside but not on the terraces or lounge or many similar combination. You can also listen to different music in different parts of the house so no more arguments over who listens to what. The high spec show kitchen is designed with a combination of white duco painted and glazed cabinets, tempered glass spas backs, granite work benches and appliances including oven, stove, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A separate pantry/storage area adjoins the kitchen. A staff door leads directly to the back of the property allowing staff to enter the kitchen with the minimum of intrusion. This is where our cooks will prepare mouthwatering meals for you and your friends. All rooms are connected by the wide airy terrace verandah dotted with potted palms. You will also discover several planter chairs with drinks tables for you to relax on, a great place for early morning tea or coffee. Large Garden & Pool Villa Surgawi has a huge garden, a great place for the kids to run around within sight of slumbering adults. The 18 meter pool is one depth throughout, there is no shallow end for children, however as long as adult supervision and proper flotation devices are used for young swimmers the whole family will enjoy being here. For those who can already swim then the pool is the place where most guests tend to gravitate to and spend their days relaxing either in the Bale or surrounds. The villa was built in July 2008 so many of the palms & plants have now fully matured, so provide a surprising amount of shade enabling you to sit out in certain parts of the garden during the hottest part of the day with some degree of protection. There is also the option of sitting on the sun deck on one of the four sun beds or if you prefer a more sheltered hideaway then sanctuary can be found on the large day bed under the Bale (a large outdoor resting pavilion with no walls). The Bale is equipped with its own set of Bose speakers and a dedicated remote control so you can also listen to totally different music than the rest of the house. There is a dining table and chairs in the Bale, and it is the perfect place to enjoy any meal or just gather with your friends for a few drinks and a game. Beside the Bale is an open shower where you can freshen up before meals or after a relaxing stroll along the beach. First Floor The first floor is home to a spacious air-conditioned media room with distractingly stunning views to the rear over rice fields and volcanoes in the distance – and with sunset views over ocean at the front. The fourth & fifth master suites are located on this floor and both have large walk in wardrobes. The massive master bedroom suite encompasses a 44m2 bedroom, a large air-conditioned bathroom with separate toilet, double basins, bathtub and spacious shower. Both upstairs master bedrooms have bathtubs are set under the windows so you can lift the roman blinds and enjoy both rice paddy and ocean views. The large verandahs have unpolished terrazzo flooring with an andesit stone border and white painted timber balustrades. Both ground and first levels have slatted sun shades to keep the rooms cool but they also serve to finish off the colonial style of the property. The main area of the upstairs verandah is 6 meters deep. This is THE spot for lounging. Three large deep back antique benches bordering a large coffee table on three sides provide plenty of seating and have endless ocean views. The orientation of Villa Surgawi is north/south – thus minimizing the heat from the sun whilst maximizing the views. In addition to the above, there is also a 60m2 roof terrace on the second floor. This is accessed via a stainless steel spiral staircase. From this upper most level you will enjoy the most incredible 180 degree views – from Uluwatu in the south of Bali, all the way up the West coast past the Meridien Hotel. This is THE perfect spot for enjoying Sunset Cocktails! Note: Not recommended for the under 6′s. Young children need to be supervised here at ALL times. Netting can be provided to block access to the stairs and swimming pool upon request Next to the main house is a billiards/pool room, complete with bar. The pool table is a full size with Iwan Simmons felt. It has been handcrafted from recycled teak wood taken from a 300 year old Javanese house. The gracious design gives the room its style and makes it a great place to hang out. At the rear of the pool room are the staff quarters. A guest bathroom is located next to the gym. In the back of house area is the staff kitchen, laundry, store room and genset room. The staff has their own entrance and separate parking area for their motorbikes at the rear so all public spaces are kept clear and guests undisturbed. Above the gym is the sixth bedroom, complete with private lounge, spa massage bed on the terrace and an amazing high end bathroom. The property is built to very high international standards, with some state of the art facilities including Bose server technology with built-in speakers connected to all common areas, broadband internet, Satellite TV and all bedrooms are connected via a PABX telephone system. In addition the villa has a shared tennis court for early morning or late afternoon workouts. We have 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including one master on the second level and two bedrooms on the ground level by the pool. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in every room, wifi, laundry, sound system, and a 49" Samsung Smart TV. We can arrange several services for you in the villa based on availability at extra costs. These include high quality spa treatments, a private chef to come cook any meal for you, a private driver (English, Chinese, Russian, Spanish speaker upon availability), and an experienced and certified yoga instructor. In addition, our host can also help with cooking classes, babysitting services, surf classes, diving and snorkeling and fishing tours, and other local activities. Villa Sebelas is beautifully designed villa facing a breathtaking panoramic view of Jimbaran beach. There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds, 2 washrooms, a relaxing private pool and peaceful surroundings. The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, and the bathrooms both have a shower, toilet, and a washbasin. There is a nice open sitting area with a TV, and a view towards the airport and the ocean. There is also a bungalow with a comfortable mattress, and numerous benches and chairs throughout the open area of the villa. All these are built on a 500 sqm (5,381 sqf) lot, with all 3 bedrooms of 36 sqm (387.5 sqf) each and even more spacious living room, dinning room and kitchen, which all look into the swimming pool and great view of Bali city and airport on the horizon. A garden with a Gazebo complete the picture on the west wing. All the facilities are for yours to enjoy, the pool, the Kitchen, the Living Room the TV etc. In house meals upon request! Your privacy will not be disturbed and the villa is all yours to enjoy. Our great villa staff live nearby, and are available on demand. The villa is situated in Jimbaran Hill near lots of attractions, numerous beaches, and also three magnificent golf courses nearby. It’s just a short walk to the nearest supermarket and eateries. Samasta Mall is a quick drive away. We can arrange airport transfers. Our staff can also arrange car rental, or motorcycle rental to satisfy your needs. We would recommend you to use our staff to pick you up from the airport. It costs Rp 200000 for pick up and Rp150000 for drop off. Daily usage Rp50000 /hour minimum 6 hours. You can have Indonesian dinner/lunch prepared for you at the villa too. The price is base on how many people that need the meals.
