Little Acres is a first floor self-contained apartment situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire / Lincolnshire border. Just a 2-minute drive from the A1 and close to the A52. The Apartment is located on the first floor of our home, above the garages, ideal for 2 people, but can sleeps up to 4. Entry is through a shared utility area (separate to our house) and a private stair case leads to the apartment. We also offer private off road parking for one car.

Spiral staircase is narrow - dogs are welcome if can negotiate!

Master bedroom (double) with en-suite wet room, single bedroom, separate shower room/wc, fully equipped kitchen/living room. Under floor heating, wi-fi, Cable TV with Movie & Sports channels. On-street parking only. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, and for the protection of guests, we are currently leaving a minimum of 24 hours between bookings.

Lovely one bedroom apartment with amazing views

Unwind in our beautiful village in this lovely well appointed apartment with fabulous views. Close to the Vale of Belvoir with its miles of foot/cycle paths and Belvoir Castle with it shopping complex and a number of places to eat. Enjoy the local towns and their enthralling history, from the Romans through the Vikings and the civil war to WW2 bomber history. Being 1.5 miles from the A1 makes it an easy area to find and enjoy.

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.
