Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Cosy studio (27 sqm) in an lively and cosmopolite neighborhood located in the north center of Paris, in a building from 18th century. Large Studio, as a Suite, newly renovated. Ideal location, in a quiet street, close to the Eiffel Tower or animated Rue du Commerce and 2 minutes away from La Motte Piquet Grenelle metro station. The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary amenities (soap, shampoo, hair dryer, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper (3 rolls)...). Perfect for a couple with the main room being quite spacious, and convenient for 2 people wishing separate beds or even for 3 persons for a short stay :)

Cosy studio near Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees. Great area of restaurants, shopping, museums, perfect for 1-2 guests. Near of metro stations : Charles de Gaule Etoile (lines 1,2,6, rer A), Argentine (line1), Ternes (line2), direct bus to Charles de Gaule airport. It's situates on 3rd floor without elevator. Exceptional view of Paris

It is a refurbished apartment, very bright, comfortable and well equipped, 45 m2, located on the twelfth floor offering a superb view of the balcony (5.5 m2) on Paris and La Défense. La Défense is 5 minutes by bus from the accommodation (15' walk) and Paris 15 minutes (5' foot + 10'train). For sports and entertainment enthusiasts, it is also a 30-minute walk from Paris La Défense Aréna. This home is my primary residence, it is truly close to my heart; I love it very much.

Very quiet apartment on flowery courtyard with all the necessary comforts for a dream stay in Paris Living area with lots of bars and restaurants near the apartment. The metro ( line 8/9) is less than 5 minutes walk as well as buses . Supermarket across the street as well as a convenience store open late in the evening.
