Close to the center apartment

The apartment on the first floor of the house, located in the middle of Schruns, on the Litzpromenade (river). The center can be reached in about 10 min. on foot. Through the Keysafe (to the right of the entrance door of the apartment), the apartment can be entered contactlessly at any time after 3 p.m. You will receive the key safe code 1-3 days before your arrival. Guest card possible on request and payment of the guest tax. Parking available for 1 CAR. Wifi currently has a weak download rate.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Lovely apartment centrally located in Schruns

In the short term from December 2023, we rent out our beautiful, centrally located apartment again and look forward to old and new guests. The Hochjochbahn and the village center are within walking distance. The buses towards Silvretta and Gargellen run right next door. Various restaurants are within walking distance. The terrace is available for exclusive use. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, in the living-dining room there is a pull-out sofa bed for 1-2 people.

Aktivum Montafon - a fantastic view!

Through large panoramic windows, you can already be tickled by the sun while waking up and looking at the moonlight in the evening with a glass of wine. Enjoying the breathtaking mountain panorama from every room, you only get that with us! The "all inclusive" apartment for 2 to 6 people is integrated into our modern wooden building. We are looking forward to the visits of new people as well as old friends and will help all guests to plan and carry out tours!

Look forward to a nice holiday apartment with 60 sqm living space, a large balcony as well as a garage parking lot. Enjoy a beautiful view over the valey and the surrounding mountain chain. The apartment is located on the top floor of an appartment house, on the south side of Silbertal. From here you can directly start go skiing at the Kristberg or the Hochjoch area which belongs to the Silvretta Montafon
