Paal 14 is a cozy, comfortable, cozy 4-person cottage on a beautiful avenue, within walking distance of the dunes, climbing garden, the village with shops and restaurants. It is a completely independent house with garden with lots of privacy. On the ground floor is a cozy living room with pellet stove and a new open kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts. Behind the house is a private garden with terrace. On the first floor are a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a laundry room with washing machine.

Nice summer house with its own entrance and garden. It is 500 metres from the beach and 600 metres from the centre. In the vicinity you will find beautiful nature (beach, dunes and forest), cycling and hiking trails, nice surrounding villages and the city of Alkmaar is 8 km away. There is also plenty to experience in Egmond itself. It has a lovely beach and a cozy center with a non-stop holiday feeling. In summer and winter! Upon arrival, you will receive a parking card with which you can park for free.

WOW House Alkmaar 100 m² with roof terrace

Have fun with the whole family or group of friends in our quirky house with 100 m² space. It's a 10 minute walk from the city centre of Alkmaar and about 7 minutes to the train station. The train can take you directly to Amsterdam central in 35 minutes. A return train ticket costs roughly 17 € for off peak time. Alkmaar is an old Dutch city just like Amsterdam but smaller. Enjoy the canals, great food and cozy atmosphere. There is free parking close to the house which is a 200 meter walk.

Picturesque cottage with terrace in Bergen (NH)

In misschien wel het leukste laantje van het mooie Bergen, verwelkomen wij een ieder die in een pittoresk vrijstaand huisje met eigen terras op comfortabele sfeervolle manier wenst te verblijven. Het huisje kent een eigen opgang. Beneden bevinden zich de keuken (geen vaatwasser), eettafel, zithoek met 2 fauteuils, TV en badkamer met douche en toilet. Gaan we via de houten wenteltrap naar boven kom je onder het puntdak alwaar een goed 2-persoonsbed, opbergruimte en DVD te vinden zijn. Welkom!

Welcome to our lovely holiday home located in the beautiful town of Schoorl within walking and cycling distance of the forest, the dunes and the sea. The house, completely renovated in 2020, is detached, has its own entrance, a small garden to the south with a cozy canopy. The cozy living room has French doors to the sunny terrace, an open kitchen with dishwasher and oven, one bedroom and a bathroom. There are 2 nice bikes with gears for rent at the cottage.

The holiday house is located on the North Holland Canal. The house is not very quiet, but cozy and centrally located to Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl. Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bike clubs and families, who do not want to sit in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's house, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.
