The apartment is located directly on the forest and in 5 minutes you reach the hiking trail to the fir hut (popular hut on the Sonnenberg Wank). The location is quiet, right on the mountain. The shops on Ludwigstraße can be reached within a short walk. You can reach the bakery or discount shop in 2 minutes by bike.

We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. Free WiFi access is available. The house entrance is ground, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also on the ground floor, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is also included at the final price.

If you are unable to travel for corona incidence reasons, we will refund the full travel price! In our apartment with 45 square meters for 2-3 people, you will find a large living room-bedroom with double bed. Large windows and south-facing balcony offer a magnificent view of the mountains. Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

In our apartment you can spend a wonderful relaxing holiday. We are quiet, but very central. Shopping, swimming pool, Zugspitz station, bus stop, trail and most beautiful hiking trails are within minutes walking distance. The apartment is furnished with old wood and modern furniture by us with a lot of love for detail and with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony it offers enough space for up to 4 people. The mountain view is breathtaking
