Parking /subject to availability/central to all of Southwold's amenities and direct access to Southwold Common too. Pet friendly-perfect for walking and exploring! WIFI (not guaranteed in the event of a breakdown). 8 mins walk to beach, 5 mins walk to pubs/shops! Dunwich, Thorpeness, Aldeburgh, Minsmere and 'Africa Alive' nearby.

Bunting - a lovely seaside cottage with garden

Built in 1905, Bunting is a cosy cottage in the heart of Southwold, which is surely the epitome of the traditional English seaside resort. The cottage was completely remodelled inside in 2019, and the garden was landscaped with a coastal theme in June 2020. It is opposite a lovely park with children's swings, next to St Edmund's church. Southwold's famous beach, lighthouse, Edwardian pier and high street with its high quality shops, pubs and restaurants are all less than five minutes walk away.

The Beach Studio, Southwold

Imagine long walks with tasty lunches and then a nice dinner in the town followed by a restful nights sleep! This could be you if you chose to come and stay at the beach studio. The beach studio is a self-contained building in our gawhich was the town bakery in the Victorian days. It is 5 minutes from both the beach and the town centre making it perfect for leaving your car parked and just walking to local pubs and restaurants. A perfect place for a few days by the sea to relax and recharge.

Perfectly located seaside house

**Discounts available for single or couple bookings** East Cliff House is a beautiful Victorian cottage with glorious sea views within easy reach of both the beach and high street. Southwold's beach and famous beach huts are just a few off-road steps away and the high street with its independent shops, pubs and eateries are just round the corner. I genuinely love hosting and I prepare the house myself making sure that each guest is carefully catered for and has a very special stay.

The Old Lamp Room. Self contained annexe

The Old Lamp Room used to store the lamps for the lighthouse until it became automatic. It is now an annexe to the old Lighthouse Keeper’s Cottage, which is our family home. Guests have their own front door and are free to use the small front courtyard garden which has a bistro table and chairs. Situated up a small path, behind the lighthouse and moments from the beach. The high street with its shops, restaurants and pubs is a 5 minute stroll away. An ideal cosy bolt hole.

NO CLEANING FEE! A highly luxurious hide-away apartment in part of a beautiful period property. Views of Southwold Lighthouse. Right next to the beach and the town. Stunning modern interior, always presented perfectly. Ideal for two. Pull out single sofa bed available, however the property guests must not exceed 2. No linen, duvet/pillows/towels provided for sofa bed. Excellent facilities-small Jacuzzi bath, walk in shower and WI-FI. Easy access via fairly steep stairs.
