Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

Perfect couples getaway with over 30 wineries in Lake County. Caution for tall people. Kitchen area has low ceiling. Approximately 6’3” 150 sf deck with spectacular views of the lake . BBQ and UUNI pizza oven. Lots of wildlife, wild turkeys, deer, rabbits, squirrels, and rare bear and coyote sightings. This unit is completely renovated with new fixtures, electrical, insulated walls and new heating and air conditioning.
