The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. New to Airbnb in April 23 The Folly is set in the small garden of our cottage. Light, spacious and totally unique. Accommodation only. No kitchen but there's a fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc. Good wi-fi, TV screen & Firestick for streaming on your own accounts & DVD player. Double bed. Secluded outside area, barbeque & shared terrace. Off street parking. 12 minutes' walk from the station and close to Falmouth University. Good access to all areas of Cornwall. Discount for 3+ nights.

Stunning situation overlooking the beautiful River Fal with a single room cottage, eco pod and own ablutions block with electric shower and mains WC. Your own garden and private sitting area with sofa, chairs, fire pit and BBQ with free use of canoes and paddle boards. Lovely dogs welcome. Totally charming and all just for you . You will be the only guests at the property. We are doing some improvement works in early 2024 and will not open until Easter 24.

Just off the main road the river walks are close by and a haven for bird watchers. The North and South Coasts are a 20 min drive away where there are fantastic surf beaches.
