Seafront house in Karaburun Hamzabuku bay

We are in Hamzabükü, one of the unique bays of Karaburun, 120 km away from İzmir. The house is beachfront and our entrance is from the beach. The 2nd floor of the house and patio belong to the guests. We have two rooms and four beds. Every place seen in the photos belongs to our guests and is independent. We are in a suitable position for those who want to have a pleasant holiday alone with nature in a calm environment. We help you to move on the beach with 10.5km.ATV which is the distance of the nearest grocery store to us.

The holiday house "Spiti Limnos" is located about 250 meters from the nice beach of Limnos, on the most beautiful and wildest coast of the island. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms ( 1 double bed and 1 single in each), kitchen, living-dining room, bathroom and a large terrace. Ground floor: 2 shower-rooms / WC, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed with a mezzanine floor (on which there are 2 sleepings for kid) and a bedroom with 3 single beds. This 170 s.m., masonry wall, double-storey house was originaly constructed at 1859 and is a typical example of early neoclassical architecture, infused with local traditional elements such as the pebbled yard and the traditional terrace. According to a new ministerial decision, the residents of the house are obliged to pay a "Climate Crisis Resilience Fee" of 10 Euros per day. The total cost will be collected by the owner who will pay it to the tax office.
