We offer you a fully renovated 40m2 apartment optimally suited for two persons, situated in a friendly, relaxed neighbourhood. Various shops, restaurants, (coffee) bars, the canals and other sights are within a stone’s throw of the house. The park immediately behind the house is a lovely place to spend some time on sunny days. And for laid back evenings we provide Netflix.

Ligging tegen de historische binnenstad in de leukste wijk van Utrecht. In het souterrain zijn 2 volledig ingerichte appartementen uit 1864 gerenoveerd met een en-suite badkamer en keuken. Geven een intiem en luxe gevoel. Zo zijn de ruimtes ingericht met 2-persoonsbedden, moderne badkamers, en design meubels. Zelf koken; beide appartementen hebben een kleine keuken. Vele restaurants (ook voor ontbijt), bakker en supermarkten, de binnenstad, met de Dom, terrasjes en winkels, liggen om de hoek.

Situated on the corner of the Singel canal, its only fifteen minutes walk from Central Station. The nice apartment is a spacious 68 m2. Spacious, cosy ground floor studio, fully equipped, tastefully decorated and with a wonderful sunny private flower garden. The house is located in the very attractive neighborhood of Wittevrouwen in a quiet street. It has a spacious charming private living room with king-size bed for 2, a couch and armchairs, a dining table with kitchen and separate hallway and a very small but newly renovated toilet with shower.
