New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

The home is part of the farmhouse on a farm. Note: the home is heated primarily with electric radiators. Therefore, bring warm clothes with spring and autumn. The decor of the home makes it suitable for couples or family with small children. The bedroom has a double bed just as it is possible to list a weekend bed. The sofa in the living room can be turned out to sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children. Entertainment has a lot of games and flat screen TVs with Danish and foreign channels. Within a radius of 2.5 km are both lake, forest and city with shopping opportunities. The apartment is furnished with 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and kitchen/living room in connection with the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with both fridge, freezer and stove. From the apartment there is access to shared garden with trampoline and sandbox for the children.

Lovely bright cottage of 80m2. Located 70 m from the water. With access to, shared private beach land, with bathing bridge. Large south-facing wooden terrace in nice enclosed garden, on 800m2 of land. 10 minutes to Køge. And 45 minutes to Copenhagen. 15 minutes to Stevens klint. The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years.

Located right on the road with 6 km to Sorø and 6 km to Slagelse. 20 km to the beach at Stillinge. 75 km to Copenhagen. There are 2 golf courses in the area. Lots of history and a wonderful nature.
