Renovated barn facing our house, 500 m from the Dordogne, ideal for fishermen, friends or family. Large living room with kitchen, lounge and pool table. Charming family house, bought by our grandparents in 1973 and completely renovated in 2022. Located at 500m altitude, the place is a haven of peace. Whether it is for holidays or for remote working (Internet/Wifi with fibre), the house is perfect to recharge your batteries. Charming little village with café/restaurant at 1,5km, the town of Argentat with its shops, supermarkets and cafés/restaurants on the banks of the Dordogne is at 7km.
